Tree plantation campaign in the liberated zones of the SADR.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

The Association of Saharawi Engineers for Development (ASED)   organized a tree plantation campaign in the liberated area of Bir-Lehlou Febraury the 1st abd the 2nd 2009, in coordination with the 5th military region command.

This benevolent campaign initiative comes in the framework of the Association activities to revive volunteering, productive teamwork, fighting against the desertification and the moving sand dunes in the country or again to express its support for the project of the development of the liberated area and the expansion of the Saharawi state sovereignty over it.

Besides the members of the association, combatants of the 5th military region and the inhabitants of Bir-lehlou took part in this tree plantation campaign.

It should be pointed out that saharawi Engineers association which consists of dozens of Saharwi Engineers of various specialties was created March the 15th 2006 in Bir-Lehlou in the liberated area of the SADR to promote the Saharwi civil society.

Among its aims, bringing together the Saharawi engineers into an association that responds to their aspirations, strengthens the friendship links between them and promotes their skills.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

The association aims also at that the Engineers participate efficiently in the development of the Society and ameliorate the living conditions of the citizens through productive activities.
